Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to our doctors, staff, and clients, all cancellations and reschedules must be made 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations or schedule changes on the day of an appointment are subject to a $25 late cancel fee. Any missed appointments are subject to the full service fee of that appointment. In the event of an emergency, this fee may be waived.
New clients will be required to provide a credit card number to hold their initial appointment slot. Any appointments taking place over six months after the first initial visit will be charged an initial examination fee again, as it is a disservice to both pet and pet parent not to get an updated history. Thank you for understanding and we appreciate your business!
